BMI (Body Mass Index) BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) Calculator
My wife has been studying up on diabetes and decided everybody in our family had to calculate our
body mass index
(BMI). She used some chart in a book, and I thought that was so old fashioned, so I had to develop my own! There are others on the net, so I thought I would make mine a little different by also calculating the
basal metabolic rate
(BMR) at the same time. The BMR is the guideline on determining how many calories you need to consume in a day to maintain the same weight. Plus mine is an automatic metric converter at the same time as well!
Enjoy!
